Pros

Getting around the platform is fairly simple and the user portal is a nice part of the overall experience. Customer service has also been excellent and consistently first class.

Cons

A few important templates feel like they're missing from the setup especially share certificates and dividend vouchers. Those are standard documents that every company typically needs. I also think charging a separate subscription per entity after five is a bit excessive when some of those entities are largely inactive. On top of that, the user portal could be improved further for example by adding structure charts that show holdings.

Using this platform feels very simple thanks to its user-friendly interface thoughtful UX design and the high quality of support behind it.

There's nothing specific that stands out as a downside at the moment.

Having a single source of truth makes a big difference. Everything sits in one central archive and getting to what I need is simple. On top of that, the Corporify team has been very supportive whenever help was needed.

One area that could still be improved is UBO identification and management.

Handling documents across multiple entities works really well and the signing flow along with the cap table and organizational chart are all very useful. Each entity has a clear overview of its legal information which makes everything much easier to follow. Whenever an issue is reported, the Corporify team gets back to you within a very reasonable timeframe.

At this point I don't really have any drawbacks to mention. If something ever doesn't work the way I'd want, it feels like something you can openly discuss with the Corporify team.

Corporify lets me handle my entire legal process in one place, from recording share transfers to keeping external stakeholders informed and up to date.

No complaints. It already includes all the features needed to manage legal entities properly.

Setting up, maintaining and updating shareholder ownership, governance and organizational charts has been very simple. It gives us one central source of truth so there's no longer any debate about whether the information is current or not.

The signing module feels fairly cumbersome and it doesn't let signatures be placed within a single area with a clear visual frame.

Having everything related to entity management in a single place has been really valuable for us. Because Corporify understands our legal structure, it can generate accurate charts, including historical views of how things looked in the past. Another big advantage is how simple it is. Not everyone on our side uses the platform regularly but even occasional users can jump in, find what they need and get a quick, reliable answer without much effort.

Cons

Corporify does include document generation features but it doesn't fully support modular legal document creation. Because of that, our in-house legal team still has to rely on a separate application specifically designed for drafting contracts, NDAs and similar legal documents.

Pros

The fact that everything is in one place has been a big plus. Corporify offers plenty of features to centralize legal documents, use the built-in templates and handle shareholders, directors, cap tables and all the other legal documentation you need.

The large number of available features can feel a bit overwhelming.

I like that the excel files are connected for the share registers, along with the manager personal data from Corporify feeding into PowerBI which has been really valuable.

There really isn't anything to complain about. If something ever did come up, Corporify would handle it as quickly as possible within their capabilities.

Well there are still a few features missing from the investor portal that we'd like to have available for our investors. The good part is that we already brought this up on a call and they're currently working on those enhancements.

Using Corporify has been a really positive experience overall. The interface feels user-friendly and the support team has been excellent whenever needed. I mostly work with the document manager and it's a very useful tool for creating, managing and tracking documents that need signatures and follow-up.

It would be even better with more integrations with government databases but aside from that, I don't run into many issues in day-to-day use.
