Pros
Access happens through a web-based portal and the interface is fairly simple overall, even though it can still be confusing for some users at times. It does let you save search criteria which is useful and the country law information is updated automatically, with email notifications that include a PDF explaining the changes.
Cons
A big gap is the lack of automatic reminders for diary or due dates. Field customization comes at an additional cost and custom reporting is also quite limited unless you pay extra. There are predefined reports you can export to Excel but the data usually needs cleanup before it looks presentable.
