Pros
I found the online accessibility to be a useful tool, although I believe we could have sourced it from other places as well.
Cons
I have experienced constant employee turnover, primarily due to changes in employment and health issues affecting the staff, with the company providing no responses or solutions. During one of these transitions, the integration with Power BI ceased functioning, and they quoted us over $15,000 to rectify their mistake. Afterward, the employee took extended leave, and when we tried to re-engage her to simply pay what was due, she pushed it off again. Despite several attempts to get in touch, we've received no further response.

“Curo365 performs well, but the visuals are outdated
Pros
What I appreciated about this software is that it effectively consolidated everything I needed for managing customers, billing, invoices, reminders, and more all in one convenient location, making it relatively easy to use.
Cons
I wouldn't say there was anything particularly awful about the software, but I found its overall design visually to be clunky.

Pros
I really value how the system organizes my billing records and allows me to easily see what a client still owes while I'm processing their billing.
Cons
One aspect I find frustrating about Curo is navigating through the payment information, outstanding balances, and trust amounts for clients. The accounting features are hard for me to grasp.

This software simplifies the management of law firms, particularly in terms of client relations and billing. Being cloud-based, it enables us to access the software from any location. One of the standout features is its customization options for any firm. If there's additional client data I want to track, it can accommodate that. It's also beneficial for firms of any size, enhancing communication and collaboration.
Cons
I really can't think of any major downsides to using this system. It's actively being developed and is consistently growing and improving with regular updates.

“Reliable platform
Pros
Since this product is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, it easily integrates with other common Microsoft Office applications alongside Curo365. I can manage my Office 365 users and groups from a single platform, and users can log in once to access all their daily applications. Even though it utilizes Microsoft Dynamics, the dashboard interface provides a more dynamic experience compared to other Dynamics components. I often find that I can complete much of my necessary work directly from the dashboards instead of navigating through multiple pages, which is typically required in standard Dynamics pages. Overall, it's an excellent law firm management tool that gives me confidence.
Cons
Each of the commonly used pages within the application tends to be quite data-heavy. It can take a while to figure out where to look for certain things and what specific actions to take on a page, but as I become more familiar, everything starts to make a lot more sense.

The task management feature surpasses any other products I have tried. I can monitor all my tasks and track the progress of any tasks I've assigned.
Cons
The matter form contains a significant amount of information, and I believe it could be better organized to prioritize the most important details at the top.

Cons
I think the report building can be better. Also, the capability for non-Microsoft browsers needs enhancement, as some features seem to still be in a testing phase.

Searching, reviewing, organizing, compiling, and tracking data within the program is incredibly easy. This allows me to keep my thoughts organized and have all the necessary information at my fingertips.

I prefer Curo over any other software I have used for numerous reasons. To highlight a few: A) We can monitor our financial status on cases, with alerts for everyone if we approach our case limit. B) Clients can view all their outstanding balances and remaining trust amounts on their invoices, which helps both them and us stay aligned without much hassle. C) The software team has been fantastic to collaborate with, actively considering my feedback and concerns. The product improves daily thanks to their hard work. I could elaborate on the features I enjoy, but the best part is that with a little training, I can customize my views to display exactly what I want. From an accounts receivable perspective, this is incredible. The integration with Microsoft products and the availability of a payment portal are significant advantages. Keep up the great work, Curo! I'm confident this practice management software will be successful.
Cons
Any issues I have encountered while testing this software have been addressed and resolved by the Curo team. There are a few ongoing matters, but they improve every day. The only significant downside might be the learning curve, this program offers so many features that it requires some training to use effectively. However, once equipped with the tools, I can obtain more information for myself and clients than with any other program available. I've noticed that the training needed for a basic user or attorney is significantly less than that required for an administrator, but once the admin team is trained, they will appreciate how much easier this product makes their work.

Pros
The program excels in ease of use, nuanced reporting features, the ability to save entries and easily modify them later, viewing the accounts receivable balance for each matter right next to the time entry submission, dashboards that quickly showcase information related to my cases and other essential business functions so that I don't have to search extensively for data, and the capacity to customize the solution to fit my personal preferences.
Cons
This software is quite different from other solutions, so there's definitely difficulty. I created too many customizations early on, which ended up being distracting. I often click on data linked to a record, and it opens up to show all the details, which can be rather annoying.
