“Made a huge difference for our small law department

Pros

DazyChain has made it simple for everyone in our legal team to access information, assign tasks and track the progress of projects. We also appreciate the intake form feature which allows any of our 2,500+ employees to submit requests to the legal department. Plus it helps standardize our processes and makes the department more accessible.

Cons

Like any new software it took a bit of time to figure out how to set it up and make it work for our specific processes. But once we overcame that it's been fantastic.

Pros

The Outlook integration for filing correspondence within cases is a game changer. And being able to search through historical cases or correspondence has been proven extremely helpful for our team.

Cons

I feel like it would be helpful to have the ability to preview documents and emails directly within the matter.

“Getting better each passing day

Pros

Dazychain task management and overall ease of use are excellent and the level of support and training is top notch. Plus it is always improving in thoughtful, practical ways which makes it even better for our needs.

Cons

Adjusting access settings and managing users or team members is not very easy as I expected but it is usually resolved with a quick phone call. As the team is very responsive so this is a minor issue.

“Able to switch without a hassle

Pros

One of DazyChain's standout features is their ongoing support. Whenever we have had questions, issues or needed assistance, the support team has been quick and helpful. Plus the onboarding process was smooth, with patient and knowledgeable training guiding us through every feature of the platform. The team made sure our team was comfortable using the software making the transition smooth and stress free.

Cons

So far I have not noticed any downsides.

“Easy to get the hang of

Pros

DazyChain is easy to navigate and integrates perfectly with Outlook. In an email heavy environment it lets me file emails to the correct matter with just a couple of clicks directly from my inbox. It is like the more I use it, the easier it gets especially since the system prompts me to file emails for recently used matters. Also I love the convenience of collaborating with teammates in it whether tagging someone in an action item or sending a message about a matter, with all communication automatically recorded on the matter.

Cons

I would love to see improvements in the search function like being able to perform a more specific search within a matter. Additionally it would be great if there were a feature that allowed easy previewing of emails and documents saved to a matter rather than needing to download them to view.
