“Top tool for managing projects

Pros

Uploading documents was so simple, especially with the multiple upload feature. Also the e-signature tool is quite easy to use as well. Plus managing projects has never been so simple for me.

Cons

There were a few times when changes made to a project did not go through correctly, which causes little inconvenience for me.

“Very user-friendly

Pros

The layout is so well organized and navigating through it is also not a problem. The Notify Authorities function has really saved me time by reducing the need to constantly remind clients to sign or follow up.

Cons

One thing I do not like is that we can't abandon or delete a project without reaching out to support. We have accidentally ended up with duplicate projects before and had to close one, leaving it at 0% in the closed projects tab. I prefer everything to show as 100%.

“Made us work faster

Pros

Being able to securely have multiple clients sign documents without needing them to come into the office is proven highly beneficial for me. I no longer have to worry about missing signatures or getting the wrong documents back which makes closing deals much smoother and more efficient.

Cons

It would be great if viewing documents could be faster. There is a slight delay each time I open a document which makes the final review stage a bit slower before going live.

It is really user-friendly and I enjoy using it. Definitely a cool tool to work with.

I find dealcloser software really easy to navigate and everything is functionally organized.

Cons

You cannot change a client's email address once it is entered, which annoys me.

“Simplifies deal closing

As a virtual business lawyer, dealing with big transactions that involve multiple clients, lawyers and constantly updated documents used to be complicated. Dealcloser has simplified it all allowing me to manage, track and close corporate deals seamlessly. No need to rely on separate systems for storage, agendas or signatures anymore. It has made my job much easier and our firm look more professional.

Cons

At first, I had some issues with my login credentials. I reached out to customer support and they got back to me in minutes. Everything has been working fine since then.

“Great for attorneys and clients alike

Pros

It is easy to use, the closing books and minute books look fantastic and sending them to clients is quick. Also my clients find the signing process simple and easy.

Cons

No issues so far. Everything has been smooth and I am excited for the minute book to be released.

“Keeps improving over time

Pros

This app makes handling difficult tasks a lot easier and faster. The interface is also highly user-friendly after a bit of use and the minimalist design is easy on the eyes. After almost two years of using it, I have seen it improve a lot and I rely on it even more now. The progress this app has made is impressive and I would definitely recommend it!

Cons

There were some minor issues with intuitiveness in earlier versions but I am happy as those have been fixed recently.

“Generally happy with it

Pros

Getting client signatures is so simple and uploading and accessing documents is easy too. Plus I love being able to track the percentage of the project that's been signed off and completed.

Cons

Setting up permissions for clients to sign was a little confusing at first. I would send invitations without realizing that permission had not been granted to access the documents.
