“Intuitive with excellent support

Pros

I decided to leave a big corporate firm and start my own practice. I was used to "big firm" software and thought it would be too expensive for me but thankfully, I was wrong. Denovo has really impressed me right from the beginning. The case management software is even better than what I had at the big firm. It's easy to use, intuitive, and the customer service is top-notch. Whenever I need something changed or adjusted, I just let the team know, and they handle it quickly.

Cons

I really preferred the software and the fact that Denovo could handle all my needs well was a huge plus. This way I didn't need to deal with two different providers. I was also really impressed with the initial discussion/demo. The Denovo team was never pushy or �salesy�, they were just genuine and honest.

“Outstanding value and cuts admin costs

Pros

The software is super easy to use and CaseLoad has really changed the way we handle client representation. When we're in court, we don't just have the case we're working on that day, we have access to every case the client has had since April 2020, when they first started using CaseLoad. We've also saved a lot on administrative costs because we can generate letters, templates, and other documents through the system. It's helped us serve a growing client base more efficiently since we started using it.

Cons

The system is fantastic and offers great value for money. I have no complaints or issues with it. Denovo is really open to making adjustments to fit our firm's needs.
