“Simple to use and fully equipped
Pros
One thing I love about this software is how easy it is to use compared to others I've tried. It's honestly so efficient and everything works without any problem.
Cons
I did run into a few issues while using the software but customer support helped me solve them quickly. The only downside is that customer service isn't available 24/7 but they're great when they're available.

Pros
The features fit our in-house legal team's needs perfectly. The interface is super easy to navigate, which makes everything so much smoother.
Cons
Since it's web-based, it doesn't have the instant responsiveness you'd get with an on-premise software. It's not a huge deal but it's something to consider.

Pros
It's really easy to use and the support team has been amazing, especially when I was setting things up. They were super helpful and made the whole process less stressful.
Cons
There have been a few times when notifications and text messages didn't go through as expected. I believe the issue was fixed but it did happen several times before.

Pros
This has really helped make things more efficient for our board. We've simplified a lot of our processes and everyone adapted to the changes without any issues.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything that needs improvement right now. But DiliTrust is always open to suggestions so they're constantly working on evolving the platform.

Pros
It is super flexible. I can easily submit documents and track meetings without any trouble. The initial training we got was really helpful and the training for new admins is just as good!
Cons

The ease of moving from page to page and exporting data quickly is a game-changer. It saves so much time!
Cons
I switched browsers and forgot my password but when I clicked "forgot password," I didn't get an email to reset it. It's a bit annoying but I'm sure it's a one-off issue.

DiliTrust is clearly a leader in the legal and corporate governance space. I found the suite of SaaS solutions to be secure, easy to use and fully compliant. The entire system, from entity management to board meeting management has worked perfectly for us. A contact at a global company actually recommended it to me.
Cons
There were a few small issues at the beginning but overall, I found this software to be the perfect fit for what I need. Every new software takes time to learn and adapt and I'm excited to keep working with the DiliTrust team to help my organization stay compliant and perform well.

“Overall good solution
Pros
It has so many features that help make both users and admins more efficient. For example, I love that I can handle the configuration myself, instead of relying on the service provider. The setup was simple and I can do surveys and reports right in the software, which saves me from using extra tools. plus being able to have multiple rooms and document folders is super flexible.
Cons
The survey tool is really useful but it could definitely be more efficient. For example, there should be a copy function for multiple-choice questions when setting up surveys. also it would be great if we could copy surveys between rooms.

Pros
I really like how easy it is to share info and put together a board package quickly and securely. The stats feature is awesome for helping us see what's relevant. The voting feature for time-sensitive agenda items is also a huge plus.
Cons
I haven't run into any big issues. Whenever I've had questions or concerns, support (via email or phone) has been quick to follow up and resolve things, often immediately.

It's so easy to use and most of the options are pretty intuitive, which means I don't waste time trying to figure things out.

It is super easy to use, secure and works great on Apple, Android and Surface. I can send documents last-minute and the offline feature is super handy. plus they offer free training, which is always a nice bonus!
Cons
The features on Surface don't seem as good as those on Apple, maybe it's just the Surface. Also the support chat isn't available 24/7 which can be a bit inconvenient.
