“Great help in reviewing voluminous records

The interface is pretty so easy and it didn't take long to get to use with it.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything. This is my go-to tool whenever we are dealing with a large case.

It is super user friendly! The interface was a breeze to get used to and I love the customizable features, like creating new tags and tagging other users to notify them about document comments.

Cons

Exporting sub categories of documents (like documents with the same category or tag) could be a bit tricky at times.

It's really organized and easy to use. Implementing the system into our litigation process was smoother than I expected.

It can be a little complicated to figure out all the features and really make sure you're using the system to its full potential.

I wish there was a filter feature on the homepage. It would make sorting through everything a lot easier.

“Very Intuitive, Easier to Navigate than Relativity

Pros

I would say the filtration of document is really easy. The custodian filter is a great feature and making complex filters to exclude docs is a breeze. Plus the loading time is way faster than Relativity, about 10 times quicker. The tagging system is quick and really convenient!

Cons

Saved searches are easy to work with but it's a bit tricky to exclude documents that are already coded. I couldn't find a way to remove documents that have already been viewed or coded.

Disco's eDiscovery platform is powerful and effective. I use it regularly and it's pretty easy to get the hang of. It's really helped me sharpen my skills.

Honestly, I'm not a fan of the Disco eDiscovery platform. One suggestion I have is to make filters more accessible and available as options.

I love how intuitive the user interface is. Searching for documents is simple but still powerful enough to get the job done.

I just wish the search functions were a bit easier to use without feeling like I'm doing it wrong. More instructions or tips would definitely help.

Pros

The documents are OCR'd and I can batch organize them. There's a ton of features and Disco University is super helpful for learning. plus the support staff is always there to answer questions.

Cons

Finding a specific doc number can be a hassle, you need to input a long formula. There should be an easier way to search by document number especially when dealing with over 70k documents to review.

There are so many useful tools that it can feel overwhelming if you're not sure how to use them all.

Case-builder tool is a fantastic addition to DISCO and I really think the search capabilities are powerful and spot-on.

It took longer to train on how to use the DISCO tools than other e-discovery platforms I've worked with.
