Pros

Keeping discovery projects organized is where this platform really shines. The interface is excellent and the AI tool is genuinely helpful and can save a lot of time.

Cons

The cost is definitely on the higher side but using the AI tools and project managers can save enough time to make up for the added expense. I really don't have any complaints about Disco's functionality or interface.

I haven't run into any issues with DISCO at all. The only real downside for me is the price.

Pros

One of the strongest parts of this software is the document coding screen. It lets you quickly view related and family documents right from the review screen and you can also see how those documents have been tagged. Sharing documents is also very convenient, whether through an emailed link or a notification sent inside the system.

Cons

Having the document list visible within the coding screen would be incredibly valuable as a user but that feature is missing in Disco. On top of that, the search tools feel somewhat complicated. Even though they seem designed to simplify the process, there are some obvious limitations..searching within an assigned batch is not as thorough as searching across the full document database and there's no way to search by a specific batch.

Pros

Getting around the databases is simple, the ingestion process is simple and customer support and project managers respond quickly and know what they're talking about.

Cons

The filter sidebar can't be resized, document families are difficult to move through in non-reviewer mode and there's no way to include DISCO IDs on downloaded documents unless you use batch printing.

Pros

Their team genuinely knows this space inside and out. They have a strong grasp of litigation, ESI and document review and it really shows. Do yourself a favor and book a demo with them..it's seriously impressive.
