“missing reminders and overdue reports”
Pros
Getting started with it was pretty simple and the setup specialist did a really good job explaining everything clearly.
Cons
It's frustrating that a docketing system doesn't support reminders for tasks that still haven't been completed. On top of that, there's no way to view past-due reports in the admin console.
