“AI-powered contract review
Pros
As someone focused on contract accuracy I've found this tool to be genuinely useful for tightening up contractual language and reducing ambiguity. When dealing with multiple agreements, the AI-powered review catches key points so we don't overlook important clauses. One thing I particularly appreciate is how it brings more uniformity across documents which helps reduce inconsistencies that could lead to legal headaches. It also supports compliance by flagging potential regulatory issues very early in the process. Beyond that, contract negotiations have become smoother because legal and business teams can collaborate more efficiently through clearer approval workflows.
Cons
To be honest what frustrates me about this product is that it frequently misinterprets legal phrasing and theory which can be a real problem. It's fine for routine, standard agreements but when I work with more complicated contracts I still have to comb through things manually to avoid the risk of missing something important. On top of that it sometimes flags harmless items as issues yet at other times it fails to spot more nuanced problems. Because of that inconsistency I can't rely on it completely and we always keep an additional layer of human review in place which regularly introduces unexpected delays before a contract is finalized.

“Draft amendments and identify risks
Pros
Honestly this application is incredibly easy to work with. Over the past months I've relied on it to draft proposed amendments to contracts, condense agreements into plain emails for my stakeholders and pinpoint major risks. It genuinely feels like having a top-notch paralegal or lawyer ready to help. I find myself using it several times each week, every week.
Cons
From my experience over the last couple of months I haven't found any real drawbacks with this software.

“clause pinpointing & tailored suggestions
Pros
Having used it extensively this tool has totally changed the way I handle contracts. Within seconds it pinpointed the exact clauses I was hunting for in an especially dense and complicated document, rescuing me from what would otherwise have been hours of tedious manual digging. Beyond that, it provided thoughtful, tailored suggestions that actually fit my situation which made me really appreciate how well it grasps legal subtleties.
Cons
It would be great if the tool supported more file types than just Word. I'd personally find support for PDFs, Google Docs and other formats really useful when I'm pulling clauses from varied sources.

“smooth Word add-in integration
Pros
For me it's really easy to use and the Word add-in integrates nicely which creates a smooth, feasible way of working.
Cons
I'm pretty impressed so far and don't have any major complaints. It isn't perfectly accurate all the time but that was something I expected at this stage.

“clause-level risk and checklist support
Pros
Working as Project In-house Legal Counsel for multiple companies in Singapore, I've found this tool genuinely helpful in supporting my legal workload. It drills right down to clause level, flags legally onerous provisions and proposes amendments tailored to what I need. When I ask it to help build a legal checklist or to map out a legal risk management framework, it comes back with practical, well-thought-out suggestions that I can actually implement.
Cons
As a solo user I'm put off by the minimum subscription requiring $100 for five users.. that's excessive when I'm the only one using it. I wish the service offered an individual monthly plan so I could subscribe without having to pay for seats I'll never use.

“Easy to use & reporting features
Pros
I find it really easy to use and I appreciate the Word add-in and the ability to generate reports.
Cons
So far I haven't come across any major issues, the only drawback is that it isn't perfectly accurate every single time which I suppose is to be expected.

“simple browser and Word interface
Pros
What I really appreciate about this tool is how simple it is to use which makes it noticeably better than competing options, particularly in both its browser version and the Word add-in.
Cons
It doesn't store my work for privacy reasons but I'm frustrated that there's no built-in way to save entire sessions locally on my desktop so I end up having to manually copy the answers into another Word document every time.

“user-friendly with helpful prompts
Pros
Honestly this tool feels extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. A great feature is that it frequently provides follow-up prompts which make implementation much easier. I rely on it very often because it helps me complete my work more quickly and with better accuracy. On top of that, I appreciate the customer support since they respond regularly and stay engaged. All things considered, I'm very likely to recommend this tool.

“free for daily use, handles routine drafting
Pros
I'm happy it's free. There's a daily cap on messages, I think but for my needs it's more than sufficient. I find it handles drafting routine provisions really well.
Cons
Compared with Spellbook I don't find it as clever. It can keep parroting the same responses even after I've asked follow-ups. Overall I get the sense it avoids making subjective calls which is frustrating because that's precisely the guidance I need. When I last used it months ago it also couldn't interpret redlines so that limitation was a real setback (maybe they've added that feature since then).

“Ai legal automation boosts efficiency
Pros
this platform is genuinely transformative for legal teams because it uses advanced AI to simplify and speed up routine legal work. I use it to automate things like contract review, due diligence checks and compliance monitoring and it's taken a lot of repetitive tasks off my plate. That drop in manual effort translates into faster turnaround times and noticeably higher efficiency when we're closing deals. What makes it even more convenient is the Word Add-in, installing it felt feasible and I actually reach for it multiple times a day. I'm also reassured by the strong data security measures they've built in so it feels appropriate for handling confidential material. Overall it's a great fit for firms that want to align legal operations and boost productivity without a big implementation headache.
Cons
I work with highly bespoke contracts and I find I still need close human oversight because the tool can miss subtle legal nuances.

“Daily workflow integration
Pros
At my firm I turn to this tool all the time especially whenever a case calls for drafting or editing documents, it's part of my regular workflow. The Word add-in integrates flawlessly and feels like having an expert assistant when I feed it clear, detailed prompts.
Cons
There are too few built-in prompts and I wish I could insert suggested clauses directly with a single click.
