Pros

I really appreciate how it helps me stay on top of crucial court dates and motion deadlines, keeps everything organized so nothing slips through the cracks.

Cons

Dates don't always update right away which can be frustrating when I need current information.

Pros

I love how quickly I can upload documents and get them filed within minutes instead of dealing with expensive mailings or physically dropping things off. Plus, there's no waiting around for paperwork to come back in the mail, it really speeds up everything.

Cons

The interface can be pretty clunky at times, though I get that the pandemic really forced them to step up their game with remote work capabilities. There's definitely alot of verification steps I have to go through but I understand why they're needed for security.
