“Gets the job done

Pros

It allows us to build a huge database with clients and cases and each client can have multiple cases. The best part is that data only needs to be uploaded once which saves a lot of time. Forms auto populate and we can even use it to fill out forms online.

Cons

Sometimes there are mistakes with the auto populated fields due to which we need to review every form filled out.

The basics are solid and easy to use. Like preparing all the immigration forms and entering data just once to populate everything. Also it keeps track of case progress well. What is great is the open environment that lets me tweak everything for my office needs. For example integration with LawPay and invoicing. A really advanced feature for those willing to invest the time is the ability to create custom fields, forms, reports and automations. It is a quite powerful system with many layers for those ready to learn. An A+ feature is that it offers training for these advanced features so you are not left to figure it out on your own. Ultimately, it's the people behind the platform that make eImmigration stand out.

Cons

Few features are not obvious instantly but if you are willing to explore, I would say it is worth it. Plus eImmigration is available to train and help you figure things out.

Pros

It is so user-friendly that I barely had to spend time showing my staff how to use it. I highly recommend it as it is a tool you really cannot afford to be without.

No complaints so far as everything has worked well for me.

I love how easy it is to use and how it is customized to our specific work and how it cuts down on preparation time for repeat clients. All thanks to the auto-population feature. Plus I can customize it to suit our needs.

The only dislike is the inability to make certain fields mandatory but they are working with us to address this.

eImmigration is both user-friendly and intuitive. Also it is an awesome tool to have as my staff able to use it without any problem and clients benefit from the professional-looking outputs.

Since it is an internet-based application, it is difficult to get work done for us if the internet goes down, though that's a rare situation.

The questionnaires at times feel a bit confusing but nothing major to complaint.

While it offers a lot of features I notice that it lacks flexibility when it comes to customizing workflows or specific functionalities to perfectly suit my individual preferences. That said the team is working on offering more training sessions to help us adapt to the tool.

This is a great product. Also the customer service the best. Whenever I contact them, they answer quickly and is friendly.

Honestly I do not see any cons. Our experience with you over the years has been superb.

It is easy to use, comprehensive and has great tech support. Overall I like using it.

Cons

I would like all users to be able to see all parts of a case without being a case worker. If I add someone as a case worker then I cannot prepare accurate case lists.
