Something that really stands out is how promptly the incremental backups run. It also does a nice job of saving files and lets me download them from anywhere which has been very convenient.

Cons

I do wish it offered more storage so it could handle data for multiple users better. It's also a little more expensive than some other products.

Accessing records has been very convenient for us. As both an educational institution and a company, we are required to keep certain records and the dashboard does a really good job of clearly indexing everything. Getting around the vault feels simple and the different functions are very helpful since uploading working documents is simple. Updates also happen quickly which makes day-to-day use much better.

Cons

Looking up older documents can sometimes be difficult. When the content is unclear, searching for a specific file becomes a challenge especially with documents that are more than 50 years old.

I really appreciate the level of control over data and security. Any changes made to the data, along with every access, are properly monitored and tracked. It also offers plenty of storage space and retrieving files is quick whenever needed.

Now that our database has grown to several GB text-based file searches take too long. It would help a lot to have advanced search options that let us search within a specific folder or site or look up just the file name instead of searching the full content.

Right from implementation, the standout has been the amazing support from the EisenVault team. They've been very patient with our many questions and requests and they helped us tailor the software to fit our specific needs. Another big plus is how user-friendly the platform is, with a lot of simple features that are simple to pick up and use.

A few features needed to be adjusted to better suit the scale of our company. For example, managing user access for a large number of employees across multiple facilities would work better if it could be handled by a designated manager at each location.
