“Quick analysis with excellent support

Pros

I'm impressed by how quickly Eve can analyze and summarize complex information. The responses are fast and it often provides useful suggestions while checking if I need help with anything else. Plus the customer support team has been consistently excellent.

Cons

No real complaints about it on my end. What I'd love to see is the ability to listen in on live events and then react in real time.

Pros

It offers a lot, such as case evaluations, legal research and ease of use. What more could I ask for?

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike so far but one thing I think could be improved is the case evaluation. It would be great if it could specify the legal grounds or statute for bringing a claim or defense.

I really like how quickly Eve can draft a wide range of legal documents. Plus I find it pretty easy to learn and navigate.

“Couldn't run our business without it

Pros

Eve helps our attorneys sort through documents and facts quickly to get straight to the heart of a case. It then uses my own templates along with Eve's database to draft things like demands, discrimination charges, discovery documents and communications all in the tone and style of our firm. Also it is a huge time saver and has allowed us to handle more cases without sacrificing quality or needing to hire more staff. I keep finding new ways for Eve to help and it has not let me down yet.

Cons

No issues. I am just learning more ways to use it.

“Gives me an edge over others

I love how versatile the tool is. Every day, I am discovering new ways to use it.

Cons

It does not always get my prompts 100% of the time but that's normal with any tool. You just have to learn how to use it properly.

“This AI software delivers as promised

Pros

Eve's specialized nature is perfect for our plaintiff's employment law firm. Also it is quite a powerful and essential tool for those who use it within the firm. We rely on it for key functions like demand letter generation, complaint drafting, discovery drafting, mediation briefs and more. And the team is constantly improving the software and it seems to get more powerful every week. We are still just scratching the surface of how we can use it but I am already really impressed. And the team is amazing. They are supportive, communicative and great to work with, all the way up to their CEO Jay. Huge fans of this group and I am excited to see where they go.

Cons

We are still in the early stages of integrating our system. As early adopters, we expected this but we are excited for the future when our integrations with DMS, CMS and phone systems will be seamless.

“Feels like a great assistant

Pros

I use it for everything from basic case processes to brainstorming complex ideas and referencing past documents. It helps me create unique documents by pulling from previous formats and information which speeds up the drafting process. With the help of the team during onboarding, we have integrated it across all our cases and now it is a daily need. Their support made it easy to start creating new cases from client onboarding which has made our workflow so much smoother. It really feels like we have gained a superpower and I cannot imagine not using it.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve but I still find it more intuitive than most AI tools.

“Awesome AI tool for legal teams

Pros

Eve is a powerful, intuitive AI colleague that helps us process hundreds of pages of information quickly and deliver exceptional results to clients. Also it is user-friendly and all we needed to get started was an email address. Our team at the Archuleta Law Firm use it daily from intake to resolution. I love the feature where I can see documents and browse through them right next to the chat panel. It is unique and quite useful. My staff calls it a game changer.

Cons

The UI could be a little more intuitive but this has not slowed down our use or adoption of the platform. The team has let us know they are working on UI updates and their customer service has been fantastic in addressing our needs.

“Lawyers will love it

Pros

It has been a huge help in reviewing large volumes of documents. In my practice, I am often tasked with reviewing legal pleadings, business documents, emails and more. It does an amazing job of analyzing data and providing summaries, timelines and insights which saves hours of time. Also it lets me focus on the legal issues rather than getting bogged down in fact-finding.

Cons

Well the only issue for me initially was the limitation on the amount of data that could be uploaded but that is recently changed which makes it an even more valuable tool.

“Impressive software

Pros

Eve has been nothing but a life-saver. It connects complex, lengthy documents easily providing analysis and excellent follow-up questions. Also it is now my go to legal AI software. These types of programs usually require some sophisticated prompt engineering but with Eve, it is not the case as it is easy for everyone to use.

Cons

The price point for individual users is still on the higher side but it is clear that the costs are minimal compared to the advantages we gain from using this software.

“Fantastic and replaces a paralegal

Pros

This app is truly fantastic. I have tried and used almost every competitor. But to me Eve rises above the rest and replaces an entry-level paralegal. The program keeps learning and improving. One thing that draws me to it over other services is that it handles a wide range of tasks. Such as I can hand it my basic drafts and it is excellent at reviewing documents, contracts, estate plans, deposition transcripts and much more. I also leave a case folder loaded with all related documents, then query Eve about particular details of the matter such as dates, times, people, clauses and other specifics. On top of that the team is responsive, eager to assist and regularly asks for user feedback.

Cons

While the platform is young I can see its growth will be explosive and amazing indeed. Because it is early there are bumps. But all those bumps are more than offset by the excellent work it produces.

“incredibly useful for natural drafting

Pros

Eve is incredibly useful for drafting documents of all complexity from simple forms to very detailed pleadings. I also like that the tone of what it generates sounds natural and not at all robotic. With a few follow-up prompts the analysis can be made even more thorough and it pulls in the content of uploaded files quickly and with accuracy. I was able to start working with it the same day I was granted access and it has become my number one AI tool in my practice.

Cons

My only real complaint is the limit on how many pages you can upload and use at once. I usually work around this by summarizing documents when possible like factual case summaries and deleting files from the project after they've been used and are no longer needed which helps keep things manageable.
