Everlaw is easy to use and you do not need to be a computer expert to figure it out.

Its simply the best. I have no complaints. I really like it.

I like the feature which allows us to deduplicate data and perform quick searches.

I did say the cost is a major downside. Everlaw could be more accessible to smaller law firms like mine by offering more affordable options for setting up separate databases.

Once you get the hang of the functions Everlaw offers, sorting and managing records becomes priceless.

You really need to spend time learning the software as its not always intuitive. However when I worked on a big project and got help from customer support, I learned how to use it and became much more comfortable. I am very confident that future projects will be easier because of that experience.

I love how easy it is to customize for a quick review based on my unique work style.

When using hit highlights to find specific terms in documents, you can only see them in the Text view, not the Image view which makes switching between the two a bit tricky sometimes. But its not a major issue.

Everlaw is user friendly and easy. Once you learn the basics it is when expanding to more complex tasks becomes really simple.

I do not have any cons to mention. I simply love it. Its better than any other product I have used.

Everlaw's best features by far were that it provides the platform free of charge to non profit humanitarian organizations. Secondly its outstanding customer service that helped resolve technical issues. We also found the general features like keyword search, translation, commenting and document management to be very user friendly.

Everlaw was occasionally confusing to switch between analytical screens and the documents. Our partners in Sierra Leone also struggled with accessing the platform due to bandwidth limitations.

What I am most excited about right now is Everlaws new AI features which seem like a perfect fit for legal ESI. While I have not used them yet (still in closed beta), I have seen demos and cannot wait to start applying them to my cases.

There is not much I dislike about Everlaw. I have had to use other platforms while working with different law firms and I am always happy that we use Everlaw.

Well when it comes to Everlaw I liked the preset buttons as they save a lot of time.

Coding individual items or issues felt a bit difficult. Using the presets is definitely the best option unless a document needs special attention.

What sets Everlaw apart is how easy it is to use, much better than any other eDiscovery software we have tried. The customer service is outstanding. You can reach out to the support team with ease as they are always there to assist you. Plus features like free user access included in the subscription really make it a unique product.

What I like the least about Everlaw is that they are always updating the software. Just when I think I have got something figured out, they improve it and I miss the release. Thats honestly the only thing I can complain about because I cannot keep up with all the amazing updates that keep making the platform better.

Everlaw software is easy to use and the single price for everything, without constant add-on charges is a huge plus. They consistently work on improving the software which tell they are considering the client needs. Moreover the customer service is top notch, the reps are knowledgeable and communication is great. I could go on but its something you should experience yourself.

The best thing about Everlaw is how it makes document review as enjoyable as possible. The interface is smooth and the range of keyboard shortcuts in the review window makes coding documents almost fun.

Cons

The biggest downside to Everlaw is the cost. $30 per GB per month is quite expensive for clients mainly in larger e-discovery cases. In fact its often cost-prohibitive. It seems like Everlaw could increase overall revenue by lowering the price as storage costs nowhere near $30 per GB per month.
