“Simple setup delivers as promised

Pros

Getting started with the tech and setting everything up is refreshingly simple and it truly does what it promises. Usually bringing in a new legal solution takes a lot of time and resources, yet that wasn't my experience with this tool. As I notice the AI works the best and delivers exactly as advertised in practice.

Cons

No dislikes to share as I am very happy with it.

Evisort delivers excellent ROI especially when you think about how much time people spend reading and reviewing contracts.

Cons

While I've noticed competitors in the space offer a greater number of integrations, I am still confident that once it becomes more embedded in the broader ecosystem, it will really take off.

“Complete transparency in workflow approvals

Pros

We have been able to implement a workflow that ensures all the right signoffs and reviews happen and are properly recorded for our team. Plus no one gets accidentally excluded or overlooked anymore and I now have complete transparency into which changes were proposed and applied. The search feature has completely transformed how we work, letting us pinpoint potential problem areas across every contract in a matter of seconds.

Cons

Even though they promote their AI for finding similar clauses across documents, we have not had much success with that feature yet.

“Search saves time during reviews

Pros

One thing we truly value is the search feature as it lets us pull up any contract quickly and easily. Also it was incredibly helpful during a due diligence review and saved us a lot of time. We also rely heavily on the contract automation tools. Business teams find it very easy to create and sign agreements and the legal team likes that contracts are automatically archived once finalized. And so far, we have automated about 20 different contracting processes and even brought in other teams like accounting and IT for follow-ups after finalization. The AI is very useful for spotting and pulling out key contract data. On top of that, the support we received for integrations and training has been exceptional.

Cons

Setting up workflows takes a bit of practice. Though it is not something I dislike but teams should know there is a learning curve. Luckily, the support team more than makes up for it. As they are always available when you run into issues and usually have solutions within hours.

“AI extracts clauses with ease

Pros

I'm most impressed by Evisort's AI features as they make pulling out the clauses and provisions I need from documents pretty easy. I also find the interface very user friendly and easy to navigate which is another big plus.

Cons

One thing I'd like to see improved is the app's loading speed as it can be slow at times. Also small quality-of-life features would also help a lot like jumping to a specific page in a document or saving a file directly to my computer instead of waiting for a download link.

“Responsive team with flexible pricing

Pros

What I like most is the technology, the responsive support team, the flexible pricing model, the degree of partnership and the engagement from senior leadership.

Cons

But I have noticed the integrations can be too complex and the workflows themselves are often more complicated than they need to be.

“Clean interface shaped by feedback

Pros

The interface is clean and really user-friendly and I genuinely value how the team is so willing and available to collaborate with us to build out and refine the product in response to our feedback and requests.

Cons

I feel like the OCR accuracy could use improvement and there are still a handful of nice to have features missing. For example an email intake that automatically routes a document into the correct folder based on its title would be very helpful.
