Easy to use with helpful support

Pros

The thing I like about the tool is the easy to use and helpful support.

Cons

Very little issues exist. As they genuinely try their hardest to make me feel like family.

Search capabilities set it apart

Pros

Compared to other systems I have worked with, Evisort's search and analytics capabilities genuinely set it apart. I have also been very impressed by its team as the support during contract negotiation, demonstrations, implementation and training was exceptional.

Cons

So far, I have not found any drawbacks that are worth mentioning.

Clean interface syncs with drive

Pros

Evisort was much easier to learn than our older contract management systems. Also our contract manager is able to set up workflows right away that too without any training. The platform is user-friendly too and the interface is clean, not at all cluttered with info I don't need. I also love that it syncs with Google Drive, so contracts are imported automatically. And once they are in, dashboards give us instant insights into key contract details. Searching is fast and simple too as we can find any contract whenever we need it.

Cons

We have run into an issue where the system won't let us track multiple documents under a single ticket. So our team ends up having to open separate tickets whenever a contract includes more than one document that requires tracking. That ends up creating extra administrative work for everyone and increases the chance that a signature could be missed during the e-signature stage.

AI features ahead of competitors

Pros

I really think their AI features are better than what other vendors offer right now as they offer capabilities I have not seen anywhere else.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that the intake process and workflow tools are not as advanced as what other vendors offer.

Team patience won our business

Pros

We are currently in the middle of implementing Evisort as our company's first CLM and choosing the right CLM took us a very long time. Here the best thing is that their team stuck with us patiently for well over a year. The transition to the implementation went really well. A lot of their staff are attorneys who really get contract concepts and so far I haven't run into anyone who could not answer one of our questions. So yes I am very thrilled with the decision we made!

Cons

I honestly can't think of any drawbacks as the support team has been outstanding.

Excellent service with user-based pricing

Pros

Customer service is excellent as they provide dedicated support and training reps who are very responsive. Also they helped me build custom workflows and their AI can search documents to pull out key info and clauses. I also like that pricing is not based on the number of users.

Cons

The workflow builder is not as user-friendly as other tools. I mean it definitely has a learning curve. There are also limits when integrating with outside platforms and the word-processing features are not great for complex edits or redlining.

Easy setup beats similar tools

Pros

I am really impressed by how easy it is to use and all the setup options. Honestly I prefer it over similar tools.

Cons

Occasional logouts are an issue and I'd like the customization features to be more powerful so I can customize the tool more as per my needs.

Webinars keep users current always

Pros

One of the things I like most about it is that their team hosts frequent webinars which help me stay current on technological changes and system upgrades.

Cons

What bothers me most is how fast the updates and new features come out. As I often feel like I cannot keep up with all the changes.

was pretty easy to implement

Pros

Our company started using Evisort in August 2023. Implementation was smooth and easy as the integrations worked without any issues. We launched it in September and the feedback was very positive. Many users said the interface is more user friendlythan our old system. When problems came up, our admins were able to fix them quickly unlike before, when we had to rely on vendor support. In short it's become an essential tool for our team, especially since we use a CLM daily. Workflows are simple to create and maintain. Plus its AI pulls a lot of useful data from our documents. The built-in AI clause library was helpful and we were also able to train the AI to find the specific clauses that matter to us. Moreover the customer success and implementation teams are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They keep us in the loop about updates and features we have asked about. The best part is that they are transparent about their roadmap as they tell us what's coming and what improvements we can expect in the future.

Cons

It is still missing some features that are common in other contract management systems. But the good news is the team knows about these gaps and seems to be taking a thoughtful, step by step approach to updates. When we first talked to them, their main focus was using AI to improve document search and related tools. So yes we are happy to partner with them as they grow and improve. As they really seem to value our feedback and take it into account as they keep building out the platform.

Simple for users, control for admins

Pros

Evisort keeps things simple for everyday users while giving admins the control they need. They take security seriously and offer very detailed access controls. I also like that it got into AI early and keeps adding new features but always in a thoughtful way that does not compromise security. Plus my experiences with their customer support have been consistently positive.

Cons

Even though it provides fairly decent documentation, I notice the admin learning curve can be pretty steep. As it took me a while to get comfortable with the user interface and some of the labels for permission profiles struck me as oddly named, which added extra confusion while I was setting up access.

AI highlights key contract points

Pros

The AI is great as it highlights and summarizes the key points in contracts, which is incredibly useful.

Cons

What frustrates me is having to create separate workflows for every new contract or document which becomes tedious and slows down my process.

Clean design with useful filters

Pros

Evisort's clean, minimalist design is simply the best. It also syncs with our OneDrive and setting up a clear structure from the start helps keep things organized and lets the AI learn our contracts and clauses. The filtering tools are very useful too as you can stack multiple conditions to find exactly what you need. There is also an AI feature that automatically pulls out deadlines, renewal dates, clauses and other key details which I really appreciate. The support has been the best too as everyone I have worked with has been positive and ready to help. All of this makes a real difference in how we manage contracts and makes sure we don't miss important dates.

Cons

Some features are hard to find because they are not obvious at first. So I had to get comfortable with the platform before I could really use it well. For new users, the layout and number of options can feel overwhelming like being shown too much too fast.

User-friendly sharing with access controls

Pros

I am honestly really impressed with how user-friendly the interface is. As it makes it easy to share documents with multiple staff while letting me control access. It is also very detailed for organizing files. Customer support is outstanding too. Like I did not see the setup process myself but from what I know, the first admin handled it really well.

Cons

The only improvement I'd suggest is the ability to mass download documents quickly.

Bulk upload extracts hidden contract data

Pros

Our team had a large number of old contracts with almost no visibility into what they contained. Evisort made it very easy for us to upload them in bulk and pull out key information. It even helped us find documents in our system that were not actually signed contracts.

Cons

I have no complaints as it has met my expectations across the board, both in terms of the technology itself and the services and support they have provided.

Strong features grow continuously

Pros

Evisort keeps adding to its already strong set of features. Also the platform handles the entire contract process from request and drafting to negotiation, signing and storage. And once documents are in, you can easily search them using the built-in AI tools.

Cons

The reporting and dashboard features still need improvement so that both pre and post signature activities are fully supported and easy to see in the platform.
