reliable accounting workflow

Pros

The accounting records are dependable, efficient and well organized which helps keep everything streamlined.

custom dashboards and detailed reporting

Pros

There's a wide range of features available so you can use the ones that best fit your needs. Being able to customize dashboards is something I really appreciate and it's helpful that custom reports can be created whenever needed. Timekeeping works well overall for our attorneys and recording and tracking funds is a straightforward process for our finance team. I also really value the filtering options and the ability to drill down into different details across the various grids.

Cons

Support has been disappointing since customer service was moved offshore. My tickets usually are not resolved within the expected 24-48 hours and the constant back and forth gets frustrating because the representative often doesn't seem to understand how the product is actually used and instead just follows scripted instructions. I've also received responses that were completely unrelated to the issue which only creates more delays in getting our requests resolved.
