“The worst software and awful people”

Honestly, it's the worst software I've used, I worked there and find the people awful.
Cons
Everything is terrible, their customer service is a joke and will bill you. I found the product awful and staff clearly fraudulent.

I find it extremely easy to use and quite interactive.
Cons
It is primarily geared toward contract and matter management and I don't find it particularly adaptable for project management.

What I find most valuable about this tool is the all-encompassing scope of its applications.
Cons
I was most put off by Legal Suite's ancillary tools accompanying the core software applications.
