Pros
Navigating the program feels pretty user friendly and the overall functions are simple to work with.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is not being able to get a full picture view unless I enlarge the image. With the current layout the visible field still feels a bit restricted.

The platform brings most of our cameras, access control and emergency response tools together in one unified platform. It also keeps growing with new services whether they come directly from their company or through strong third party integrations.
Cons
New end users can run into some difficulty trying to figure it out when they first start using it.
