Pros
Right away this software made handling tickets and inventory feel easy and the customer support has been outstanding! We've contacted their team several times with suggestions and they actually listened to us and even rolled one of those ideas into the product. For the price the amount you get is easily the best value we've found anywhere. Their service has been consistently reliable too, we haven't run into a single outage and performance has always been solid! We're also very happy with the interface. It's clean, accessible for our team and simple enough that teachers and staff can submit tickets without any trouble. Setting it up with our district's Chromebooks and MacBooks was also very simple.
Cons
Honestly we really haven't run into anything that feels worth complaining about.
