“Easy to use, makes work simple”
Pros
It is fairly easy to learn, quite user-friendly, cloud-based and affordable. Also the customer service is amazing. They respond quickly and are really helpful. I use it every day and it has been really easy to bring into my practice.
Cons
I noticed that it lacks integrations and I would love to be able to sync through Dropbox or another cloud. It'd also be great to integrate my leads directly into Gladiate from their sources.

“A simple system that tracks key metrics and improves processes”
Pros
Gladiate saves me so much time. Plus it captures and shows all the important macro data and it makes administrative tasks easier with automation.
Cons
There is not much that I dislike. However like with any new management system, it takes some of my time to get used to and figure out the best ways to work with programs like Dropbox and the Office suite.
