There's a lot to praise about this platform but the customer support really makes it stand out from the rest! Sean, Curtis, Tim and the rest of the team are consistently fast to reply and always work toward a solution that fits our company's needs. They also keep releasing new features that make the overall user experience even better than expected. It is very user friendly and fits into our daily workflow without any trouble. I genuinely use the Word add in feature every day!
Cons
Honestly it's hard to come up with anything negative to say about it. Our experience with both the platform and the team has been overwhelmingly positive. Every now and then a small bug pops up after a new update is released. That said their team is always very quick to address and fix those minor issues whenever we contact them.
