A key tool for me

Pros

It lets me manage individual cases as well as an entire litigation department. Overall it makes my work simple.

Cons

Sometimes it seems a bit cluttered. And since it has so many features, I have to be sure that I use it with care or I may end up in trouble.

Works as expected

Pros

What I really like about GrowPath is how organized everything is. Also with it, it is very easy to find and access things and I love the reminders that pop up as the file moves into the next stage.

Cons

For my type of practice, it is annoying that I cannot search a matter by address or parcel number.

Simplifies workflow management

Pros

I like that I can see which clients need to be contacted and why. It really helps me plan my day.

Cons

The text feature has a character limit which make texting more difficult than it needs to be.

I love it

Pros

It is an excellent case management system that makes documenting all my work easy. Plus the texting feature is something I really enjoy.

Cons

Has useful features

Pros

I really like how easy and intuitive the system is to use. My files are managed through reminders, tasks and quick notes, which helps me stay on top of my cases.

Cons

No complaints. Just a few small tweaks needed for some practice groups including mine.

Perfect for law firms

Pros

The organizational features are amazing and really help me move cases forward quickly.

Cons

The only thing I didn't like was when they removed the feature where you could hover over staff initials in case notes to see the name of the person who wrote it.

Definitely one of the best

Pros

GrowPath is quite user-friendly and easy to learn but it is also really functional. It is a key part of my daily workflow and can be customized. And each department I oversee, with its different daily tasks has features specifically customized to our needs.

Cons

Nothing major really. There is a lot to learn when you first start using it but it is very user-friendly, even for people who are not great with technology.

Good with minimal flaws

Pros

The flexibility of the software lets us use it the way we want to practice, instead of forcing us to change our procedures to fit the limitations of other case management software.

Cons

The document management could still be better but it's definitely a big improvement over what we had before.

Excellent case management software

Pros

GrowPath is very easy to use and has really improved the efficiency of our practice.

Cons

It's amazing

Pros

It is powerful and flexible. And the system is so intuitive that it makes the learning curve almost nonexistent for us.

Cons

Just one small thing. When using the search function, if we use the browser's back button it resets the search filters we had set which is annoying. I think this can be customized by the software team.

Reliable choice

Pros

I love how easy it is to navigate. And the logical flow of information and how responsive the helpdesk is makes it even better. If I have a question they always answer quickly and professionally.

Allows easy access to case details

Pros

Well it makes it so easy to access case information which is great when I need to help clients or answer specific questions.
