It has all the information we need, whether it's funeral-related or financial and its easy enough for even a computer novice to navigate. When we enter info in one place, it automatically populates all the relevant forms and reports. We can also upload company-specific forms and they auto-populate as well. Halcyon's tech support is highly receptive to suggestions, always open to making improvements or adjustments to meet our needs.

Cons

A few of our locations are now generating all the necessary forms for funeral arrangements through Halcyon. There are just a couple of small issues with information being in different areas. Until our Funeral Directors and office staff get comfortable with the system, it may take a little longer to print these forms for families to sign.
