Hona is perfect for sending mass texts

Pros

I love how customizable it is to fit our firm's needs. We needed to send out mass texts to our clients through Filevine and it worked great for that.

Cons

When sending mass texts, it's hard to tell which ones were sent successfully, which can be frustrating.

The software is awesome, but the service is unforgettable

Pros

We have been Hona customers for several years and we have only grown happier with the service over time. We'added more features and signed up for additional offerings because we really trust the team. One of the best things about them is the incredible team behind the software. It rarely has any downtime, it's super easy and the team is always quick to help with any questions we have.

Cons

When we first signed up with it, they didn't have all the features we needed. However, a lot of the features we were looking for were already in development at that time.

Sales rep pushed a $5k contract and disappeared

Pros

My experience wasn't great at first. I had to reach out to the owner of the company because the pushy salespeople misled me. After contacting the owners, they gave me a partial refund. Apparently, they were in the process of selling the company.

Cons

They just took my money and didn't provide anything in return.

A must-have tool for connecting with clients

Pros

I have had a great experience. I can text them anytime with questions or details about a case and our representative has been a huge help in getting Hona up and running smoothly and troubleshooting any issues.

Cons

One thing I didn't like was not being able to attach a photo to a mass text.

Great features and very easy

Pros

Hona is incredibly user friendly. plus it has so many great features that really help improve the attorney-client relationship.

Cons

Setting up Hona can be a bit time consuming but once everything is set up, it works really well!
