“Geat all in one case management!”
Pros
Getting started with the platform takes very little effort. The layout is simple, the features are clearly labeled and everything sits where you would expect it to be which makes it especially helpful for new staff learning the system quickly. Their support team is also genuinely friendly and consistently helpful, often going beyond what you would normally expect. Overall it feels like an excellent all in one solution for handling every aspect of case management!
Cons
There have been a few issues and some features missing at times but the support team keeps releasing updates and is very open to suggestions for improving the system. Any drawbacks I might have pointed out before have either already been fixed, turned into features or added to their roadmap for a future update.
