“Fast workflows save my time
Pros
I find the workflows very fast and automated and I don't have to maintain a separate database, which ultimately saves me a great deal of time and effort throughout the whole contract process.
Cons
For me, the system still experiences occasional errors and can be slow to load, its difficult to use at the start and it lacks certain features like in-line editing close to signatory fields or easier address input options.

Pros
Personally, the interactive UI and the incredibly supportive team that guided our integration and ongoing usage make this one of the best CLM solutions I've encountered in my experience so far.
Cons
So far, we've only been using the tool for a couple of months, so we haven't yet come across anything we dislike or any real complaints to raise about it.

Pros
I find the automated approval workflows and the AI capability that quickly highlights important clauses within a contract really useful. The support team is extremely responsive and they deliver clear, practical recommendations that genuinely feel customized to our specific needs.
Cons
We would appreciate more detailed documentation for some features, including additional step-by-step guides or short video tutorials to help onboard and use them effectively.
