I'm really impressed by the clean interface and how simple it makes searching patents, I also appreciate the numerous options for working collaboratively and the chat-based customer support is both fast and direct.

Cons

great tool in my opinion but they use basic statistics to analyze patent data.

Pros

Using this tool has taken a huge chunk out of my workload and I can quickly pull coworkers in to get their feedback on patent reviews without any hassle.

honestly nothing negative to say, it behaves exactly how I expect it to and I truly don't have any complaints.

Pros

It keeps track of new patent filings in my area and emails me alerts. Then I can quickly check the publications and there's even machine translation also provided.

I can't find anything to criticize about this platform.

this tool really helps when collaborating on patent reviews and organizing records, monitoring patent activity, conducting patent searches, getting legal status updates and it's convenient to use with very responsive customer support.

in my opinion the range of countries covered for searchable full texts and for legal status information could be significantly expanded and improved.

it is feasible and simple to use, yet great when required. I like that it offers varied search options, great teamwork features and excellent customer support.

For me, reporting and analytics need improvement and export capabilities feel too restricted.

The social functions around reviewing and sharing patents, the license model lets me involve people across the company and legal status is easy to check

I'm hoping the social tools get more Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter-like features (mentions, comment notifications, etc.) and I can't save, rerun, or share search queries

“Focused review efficiency

Pros

review function is what I find most useful. I don't really use the other features of this tool because my role is focused solely on evaluating patents and a colleague sends the patent files to me and handles the research.

Cons

Because I don't make use of every feature in this tool, I'm unable to provide ratings for all of its capabilities.

Pros

Using the monitoring tool, I can easily stay updated on the most relevant patents circulating in the market.

Cons

When I run patent searches, I still feel like I need to be somewhat of a professional, it would help a lot if the platform offered more automated guidance or assistive features.
