“slow performance and incompatible file types

Pros

Since I use this daily I've gotten really comfortable with the layout and features, plus the search functionality works great for me.

Cons

This program frequently runs slow and has these annoying glitches that really mess up my workflow and put project deadlines at risk. It also won't show some newer file types like .HEIC photos in the native view which is frustrating for me. Less common video formats that aren't MP4 or MOV don't get recognized properly during processing and end up being converted to text files with garbage data. These problems seriously disrupt how I load and review documents.
