It helps reps tap into the company's shared knowledge quickly so they can get the information they need to close business. It pulls from knowledge spread across internal systems which also helps speed up onboarding, reinforce the sales process and support upselling and cross selling. When you think about how much valuable selling time is usually lost chasing information, experts and answers cutting that down can make a real difference in productivity.
Cons
The only downside is that the sales enablement space is so crowded and noisy that not nearly enough people seem to know about it.

Pros
Everything feels accessible, from adding content to customizing it the way you need. There are tons of ways to use this platform across sales and marketing no matter your role or goal and it all lives in one place. It also scales really well whether your team is small or much larger.
Cons
There are a couple of minor bugs here and there but nothing serious enough to get in the way especially since the product is clearly still being improved and refined.
