Pros

One thing that really stands out is the level of transparency along with the tools that help users prepare complete petitions and avoid any RFE. It offers different modes and the features feel much more advanced compared to other platforms which are often limited mostly to attorneys or employers in certain ways.

Cons

The software is already performing really well so I don't have any suggestions at this point.
