“Perfect for digital shift with great docs and support
Pros
Intalio was a perfect fit for our digital shift. The document system is really full-featured and super simple to use. Moving over and getting everyone on board was fast and didn't cause any headaches. Their low-code automation tool is also easy to pick up, we made and launched new processes in just a few hours. The support team really knows their stuff and is great to work with.
Cons
I didn't run into any big problems. The team was always really fast to fix any little issue and add any feature we asked for.

The biggest plus for me is how fast you can get it up and running. It comes with all the standard features you'd expect, ready to use from the start
Cons
Just a heads up, the workflow tool is something you have to pay for separately.

“Great SharePoint integration for approvals
Pros
I love that it runs on SharePoint, so it works perfectly with all the Office programs we already use. It's the best tool we've found for handling correspondence. It's super versatile, we use it to automate all sorts of document approvals, like routing invoices for sign-off in Oracle EBS. It's not complicated, my team figured it out with very little training.
Cons
The digital signing part could use a little work. Also, the mobile apps need some updates.
