“excellent knowledge access platform
Pros
This has been an excellent platform for organizing information and making it readily accessible instead of leaving it as institutional knowledge with just one person or source! The customer service has also been very responsive and quick to adjust things whenever our needs change.
Cons
I really do not have any issues with it when it comes to functions because it has been a valuable asset for both me and my firm. The only annoyance has been that our account manager recently left and we still have not been assigned a replacement.
