“Good support for precedent research”
Pros
Whenever I hit a wall with my searches their customer support has been incredibly helpful! I usually start by trying to find what I need on my own and then I reach out to them by email for guidance on improving my search strategy. There are times when the research question has details I don't fully grasp and they do an amazing job of explaining corporate precedent research in a way that actually builds my understanding. I've learned a lot from their team and it has definitely made me much more confident when handling this kind of research.
Cons
The downloading tools are the part I struggle with most. At times I end up downloading a full filing when I only needed the exhibit and other times it happens the other way around. I could also use more training on how to download sections from multiple documents at once so I can make better use of the Compare feature. Downloads are still a weak spot for me even though I think the database itself is excellent.

“powerful SEC filings resource”
Pros
With a comprehensive database of SEC filings and a broad set of search filters this has become the most useful source I've come across for this kind of information especially since the Morningstar 10K Wizard was discontinued.
Cons
Getting the most out of it can be a bit challenging at first especially without a background in finance.
