Pros

The software can be configured to handle almost anything which makes it a strong option if you need an IP management system that can be modified to very specific workflows. There's usually a setting available for whatever customization you have in mind. The date tracking features are also excellent and very dependable!

Cons

While customization is a great feature, the level of changes you can make sometimes feel like too much. I'd really only suggest this platform for large law firms or corporate legal departments. It performs well at scale but for smaller organizations it ends up needing more administration than it's probably worth.
