Pros

Being able to access the software from anywhere is a real plus! I travel a lot so having something I can log into while on the road is very convenient. Once you get familiar with how the software works it does make everyday tasks much more manageable. Billing clients was also noticeably faster and I appreciated that clients could view certain information related to specific matters.

Cons

The biggest downside is how difficult it is to learn. It took a lot of trial and error (plus a significant amount of time) to get everyone at every level integrated into the system.
