clear workflows and solid tracking

Pros

Using this software feels simple, the workflow is clear and it does a really good job of helping keep track of everything.

Cons

It would be better with stronger search functions for looking things up and the download speed could definitely be faster.

broken procurement and costly delays

Pros

Honestly I can barely think of anything positive to say, if I had to name one thing then maybe the logo.

Cons

They market themselves as essential software that is supposed to simplify procurement but in reality they seem to create more stalled transactions between vendors and buyers than anyone else. The system just doesn't function properly. It can cost vendors money and it can slow down purchasing for buyers as well. Since there are very few places where users can share experiences for potential customers to see, take this as a direct and sincere warning to anyone considering their sales pitch.
