“Uncomplicated set up
Pros
Setting it up was quite easy and we were able to start archiving emails right away. The search function is simple to work with and the admin side is pretty clear and manageable as well.
Cons
The Outlook client could still use some refinement, especially in how searches are handled from within the client. It's not a deal breaker at all and it still works very well overall.

Pros
Getting this into our user environment was incredibly simple and took almost no effort. The platform itself is very capable and delivers results extremely fast. On top of that, the post-sale support has been outstanding whenever I've had questions, with follow-up happening almost immediately. Excellent product backed by excellent people!
Cons
I don't have any negatives to mention. The product has worked exactly as promised and installed without issues. Really solid overall!
