Right away this platform felt very user friendly and packed with information that's genuinely valuable for law firm marketing efforts. Being able to filter results across multiple areas including filing date, disposition date and art unit makes it especially useful when evaluating performance metrics a specific client wants to see.
Cons
It would be even better if search results were more customizable so reports could be modified to show specific information depending on the search.
