“Revolutionary product

Pros

I genuinely think that in today's world it represents one of the smartest applications of machine learning. Because what used to be a very time-consuming process manually analyzing contract contents has been significantly eased by tools like these making review work noticeably faster and more manageable.

Cons

Sometimes I'm unsure about how well it handles certain secured file formats. We still wonder if it will perform correctly because occasionally we get documents that are tricky to process and they can be difficult to review without notifying a few other stakeholders.

Pros

For me, it's a really nice AI-powered contract analyzer that has proven to be very helpful.

Cons

I find it to be rather pricey even though it works well and I also feel the user interface could use some polishing perhaps by introducing a more materialized view or a cleaner layout.

“Carries out thorough due diligence

Pros

I rely on Kira to carry out thorough due diligence on contracts accurately and it noticeably accelerates large-scale contract reviews for our clients. It's simple to use and I appreciate the strong management tools it offers.

Cons

There are several capabilities I wish it included such as regex support, rule-based automation and the ability to rename documents. I'd also like a more customizable quick review panel so I can adjust the way I preview documents.

“Helps me with capturing details

Pros

I'm currently handling a range of contracts stored in our internal repository and I often need to extract a lot of details from those agreements. It has been really helpful at capturing those specific contract data points for me.

Cons

There's no option for me to add or remove extracted fields to isolate just the obligation segment I want from a contract which is limiting. On top of that, it feels somewhat costlier than other comparable software I've looked at.

Pros

It has made my job much simpler by taking care of all the contract management and extracting various pieces of information from each agreement in the way I require for my tasks.

Cons

I would find it extremely useful if manual extraction options were available alongside the AI extraction so I could customize clauses in contracts more precisely to meet my specific needs.

“Saves time and effort

Pros

What I liked most is that I can now pull out the key clauses from different contracts without wading through 100 pages and manually copying each clause. Kira handles that extraction automatically for me, really saving a ton of time and effort.

Cons

In my experience, it is noticeably more expensive than other cloud-based contract management platforms. I also find it only pulls data that's been pre-configured so it doesn't behave like a genuinely intelligent AI tool when you expect it to identify new or unexpected information.

Pros

I'm able to quickly obtain a comprehensive view of any contract clause and the system stays current with shifting laws and policy updates.

Cons

To date, I haven't run into any problems using Kira's contract analysis.

“Helpful for reviewing legal documents

Pros

We find it particularly helpful for reviewing contracts and legal documents at scale. It saves a lot of time. We also rely on it to pick up PDF content even when the files aren't completely clear or fully legible.

Cons

I wish it would integrate better with other document management systems. I also find it struggles to read handwritten documents.

I use it to strengthen MDM analysis, spot essential data points, reduce risk exposure and cut overall costs.

Cons

I've found the customer support lacking and its feature set is more limited than other options.
