Pros

Having everything for our EMEA entities in one platform has been really valuable. It gives a strong overview across jurisdictions and has allowed us to hand off corporate housekeeping work to the Klea team which has made us more efficient especially when dealing with different local requirements. It also works well as a single source of truth for corporate documents and is accessible not just for Legal but for business users too. The interface is clean and uncluttered so it's simple to move around and you can usually tell exactly where to find what you need. Another positive is that they keep developing the platform and regularly introduces new add ons which is appreciated.

Cons

A few parts of the service did not meet expectations at times including some incorrect documents received from partners and 'slower than expected' responses to questions. We raised these points and the team came back with practical ways to address them. Since then it's already been noticeable that they took the feedback seriously and are actively working on improvements.

Pros

Using it has been very simple and accessible. The customer support is outstanding and really helps simplify legal entity management with well informed assistance always there when needed.

Cons

Up to this point the experience has been very positive. I still have a lot of features left to explore, though from a user standpoint the company chart could be simpler to build.
