E-signature feature has been a game changer for our approval process, no more physical copies needed. My legal team is thrilled because they don't have to waste time sorting through stacks of documents anymore.

Cons

The reporting features aren't very smooth or user friendly for me and my team. Getting regular reports on important contract stuff like upcoming renewals or expiring obligations can be really time consuming.
