Kontrax software is really user friendly. The interface is also quite basic and whenever I needed help, the live chat support was responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
it's clearly a smaller startup so new features tend to be released only about once a month. Since I was specifically looking for something simple that pace actually worked fine for me.

Kontrax was up and running without much of a hassle and using it day to day has been just as simple. Plus it has improved efficiency for our team and has also been a cost-effective solution.

“Secure contract visibility”
Pros
it works well for giving global teams access in one place. it also offers secure storage, plus useful reports and clear insights into liabilities which makes contract oversight much better.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is the ability to link to contracts already stored in other locations like Microsoft 365 or Dropbox instead of having to upload them again into Kontrax.
