Chasing unpaid payments has become much easier because the system is very simple to use. it also lets us see the full picture of each account at once which really helps.
Cons
One limitation is that you cannot CC anyone or add more than one email address.

Kuhlekt is a decent tool because the interface is simple and easy to use. And compared with how we used to handle everything in spreadsheets, this is a much easier and more efficient way to work.

Pros
I like that the team keeps improving it whenever something is needed or requested. The interface also looks polished, the graphs make it simple to get a quick snapshot of accounts and having all account notes stored in one place with attachments is really useful.
Cons
Honestly nothing comes to mind. The product has continued to meet everything we need and has adapted well whenever our requirements have changed.
