Pros

The interface is simple to navigate and the database is massive, covering multiple countries across different continents. It offers strong value for the price.

Cons

I really have not come across any actual downsides with it. If anything, I would only like to see a bit more flexibility in the plans but it is not really a complaint.

Pros

Chasing unpaid payments has become much easier because the system is very simple to use. it also lets us see the full picture of each account at once which really helps.

One limitation is that you cannot CC anyone or add more than one email address.

Kuhlekt is a decent tool because the interface is simple and easy to use. And compared with how we used to handle everything in spreadsheets, this is a much easier and more efficient way to work.

I like that the team keeps improving it whenever something is needed or requested. The interface also looks polished, the graphs make it simple to get a quick snapshot of accounts and having all account notes stored in one place with attachments is really useful.

Honestly nothing comes to mind. The product has continued to meet everything we need and has adapted well whenever our requirements have changed.

its easy to use and works well. it has kept our team aligned while working together without any downtime.

I am still waiting for the remaining modules to be added since they'll help complete the software.
