Pros

Whenever I have run into an issue, the support team has been excellent. Cloudnine support has helped me work through plenty of problems quickly and their knowledge of the application along with how fast they resolve things has really stood out. With most software support ends up shaping the whole user experience and because of that I have been very happy with Cloudnine LAW thanks to their team.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind right now as my experience has been a good one.

Pros

After 27 years in this industry, this is the first software I have used that feels this easy to use while still being highly customizable. it has gone well beyond what I expected especially with search. I can create simple or very complex searches without much effort and the results are very accurate. Plus the search tools, along with the option to create tag fields in different formats and tag documents quickly as I work, have greatly reduced review time. On top of that my experience with the staff has been outstanding. They are very responsive and the client services team I work with has given me the best support I have received from any vendor in my entire career. I would absolutely recommend both the team and the software.

Cons

At this point I honestly have not come across anything about the software or the staff that has genuinely disappointed me.

Pros

it is quite fast, flexible and easy to use. Plus it gives me much more control over my eDiscovery projects which saves both my time and my clients money because I can handle more of the work myself instead of outsourcing it.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is further development in LAW PreDiscovery so it can make better use of increasing core processing power as computers continue to get more powerful.
