“Very disappointing customer service
Pros
Honestly, it's just okay. I was looking for something super simple and easy to use and while it seemed like that at first, it didn't quite meet all my expectations.
Cons
It's not the most compatible software. Editing or reusing frequently used information isn't as easy as I'd like and it's not very customizable. Some of the design choices for law firms feel a bit odd.

LawGro has made a huge difference in how we organize our practice. We can track case statuses, set reminders for tasks and never miss deadlines now. It's been a big help!

“The best reputation management I've used
Pros
One of the best things about LawGro is how it helps us gather client feedback and manage our reputation more professionally. In our area of law, emotions run high and our clients are often in a fragile state during negotiations and litigation. With it, we can track client sentiment, take steps to improve and keep things running smoothly. The case management features like setting reminders for everything are super helpful. plus the auto-reminders for invoicing and billing have really improved our collections.
Cons
Document generation is a bit tricky at first, it takes some effort to set up new templates. But once you have them in place, creating documents is a breeze. If they could make this feature a little more userfriendly, it would be a huge improvement.

“Excellent software for managing a legal practice
Pros
Managing our practice has never been easier. We can track all our cases, time entries, tasks and expenses in one place. No more missing billable hours! Invoicing is smooth and automatic payment reminders have definitely helped with collections.
Cons
It would be great to have payment integration built into the system. This would make it easier for clients to pay and help improve collections. I did hear from LawGro support that they're testing its integration and should be rolling it out soon, so that's exciting!

“Intake forms and contracts are top-notch
Pros
LawGro keeps us organized and lets us focus on actual legal work instead of admin tasks. The client intake forms are easy to use and our workflow has improved a lot. Their document assembly feature is a lifesaver it took us some time to set up our templates, but now we can generate multiple contracts with just a few clicks. plus their customer support is amazing! Every time we reach out, they respond super fast and get things done quickly.
Cons
The current document assembly feature doesn't support intake fields yet. It would be great to see that added in a future update.

“Unmatched CAMS for legal practices
Pros
Overall it's great but we'd love to see Google Calendar integration, Arabic language support and better ways to manage data within files.
Cons
It's one of the most powerful tools for managing everything in a law firm! That said, I'd love to see Google Calendar integration and maybe some kind of client portal where clients can check case updates. That would be a great addition.

“I'd give LawGro more than 5 stars if I had the option
Pros
Customer service is incredibly responsive! They usually reply within minutes, which is rare these days. Also there are so many innovative features I haven't seen in any other legal CRM.
Cons
No real complaints about LawGro! I just have to type something here because Capterra requires it.

“LawGro has truly simplified my daily routine
Pros
Super easy to set up and use! The fact that I can access it both from my office PC and on my phone while on the go is a huge plus. The support team also went above and beyond my expectations.
Cons
I haven't had a bad experience with them but one thing that would help is the ability to easily convert a proposal into an invoice. It's not a dealbreaker but it would be a nice feature to have.
