“packed with features
Pros
Edge has a ton of features. Honestly, if you or your team aren't ready to really dig in and learn them, it can feel a bit much. I know I'd be lost without using Edge properly.
Cons
Sometimes bugs show up and it feels like they take forever to get fixed. I've also noticed that the customer support team isn't always on top of things or super helpful.

“Reliable and feature-rich
Pros
Once I got the hang of it, it's great. I've never lost a file, note, or reminder as long as I stick to my own rules. This program really does everything, it even covers stuff I didn't know I needed, like the Web Capture. Plus, I love that I can work from anywhere like office, home, or even abroad! At any time.
Cons
I feel like it gets a bit slow but I think that's just because of internet issues. The support team is really good, if I call or send an email, they get back to me pretty fast. It used to be quicker before COVID19, and now it can take up to 24 hours, but overall it's still solid.

“Best case tracking tool
Pros
I think the case management feature is honestly the best out there. Keeping track of case notes and filling out forms is super easy. Plus the Microsoft Outlook integration is a really nice bonus.
Cons
The software doesn't have a mobile app which can limit me a bit.
