“reliable case management tool”
Pros
Lawman is what we use for both our client database and case management and it also handles our letter generation. I have used it myself for client packs and the case management side is particularly easy to work with which is a big advantage.
Cons
Personally I haven't run into any problems or noticed anything wrong with the system.
